DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Milford

We used this hotel for a function. The personnel were so very helpful! They made multiple last-minute changes for us and were always very gracious with all our requests. The chef prepared delicious meals served by very efficient and friendly wait staff. Rob in catering was so easy to work with and helped guide us through all the details to ensure our event went off smoothly! We will use this venue again next year!

Slightly out of our way, but they accommodated us after the hotel where we had reservation had a screw up. The room (a single king) had plenty of room, room service was prompt , even though the food wasn’t great. The only negative was the pounding coming from the 4th floor where the renovations were in progress. We’d stay again!

The rooms were compact but comfortable, warmed and cooled quickly. Spacious shower, which we appreciated. My husband and I booked a one-night stay mainly to use the pool- we live nearby and were craving a cozy Valentine’s swim. When we arrived at the pool in our bathing suits, we were told it was under maintenance. We were definitely disappointed and caught off guard. However, Randy at the front desk completely turned the experience around. She was kind, understanding, and genuinely supportive. She worked with us to make it right, gifted us a swim voucher for the following day, and slid over few extra cookies. Her customer service really changed the tone of our stay. While the initial situation was frustrating, Randy’s care and professionalism left us feeling valued and taken care of.

We used this hotel for our wedding block and had an amazing experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff (especially Randi) were so kind and accommodating. They were able to switch our rooms around so that we were mostly on the same floor, provide us with early check-ins and late check-outs, and helped with wedding logistics. They also provided us with a conference room space for some pre- and post-wedding activities. Overall, we were blown away by the amazing staff, clean rooms, and nice facilities. Definitely recommend having your wedding block here!

I was here for four weeks. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, especially in Il Cigno and the shuttle service, where they gave me tips about language and things to do in Milford (it was my first travel to USA and english is my second language), and Front Desk people were always eager to help me when I screwed the reservation I made. I felt very confortable. Thank you!

They are way more than just a hotel, this is an experience. They have a great sports bar called Legends, an awesome outdoor bar called Oasis as well! They are constantly hosting events and hosting live music. I highly recommend stopping by, especially in the summer!

Decent stay at this DoubleTree. Service was good, but the rooms and common areas could use some updates. With a few upgrades, it could be much better.

Staying on the 5th floor which was very recently renovated since my last stay. The remodel was completed very nicely and brings new life to what was a very dated hotel. It looks like they are currently working on the 4th floor so I would recommend staying on 5 if you want a new, fresh room.
